Fred Leonard

Fred Leonard primarily functions in a support role for The Lorraine Leonard Team, keeping it technically state-of-the-art and filling in wherever extra resources are required to ensure the delivery of exceptional service. Fred served in the U.S. Navy as an Engineering Officer and spent many years as an international marketing manager for customized industrial products. He has worked in real estate for the past 15 years.

Victoria Lorusso

Victoria has lived in this area since she was 8 years old, when she moved here from San Diego, California. She attended the public schools of Stamford and graduated from Westhill High School. She further schooled at the Gemological Institute of America and the University of Connecticut.  A varied work career has helped Victoria gain knowledge in many areas. She has worked in advertising and marketing, in the financial department at Clairol, managing a retail store, and consulting for small businesses. Her three children attend the public schools and she continues to inspire them to give back through her charitable community work.

Victoria grew up in a real estate household. Her mother, Lorraine Leonard, has been in the business for 35 years, so it was natural for her to join Lorraine 10 years ago for the start of this area's first team concept real estate office. Victoria has has more than $70 million in sales through hard work, dedication to her clients and staying on top of technology. Combining with Lorraine and her team, (now eight, with three full-time staff members), they hold a 10% market share in Stamford alone, and they service all of Fairfield County.

Piper Garner

Piper Garner is originally from Kansas City, though she attended the New Canaan public schools and graduated from New Canaan High School. She furthered her education with a bachelor's degree from the University of Kansas with a double major in Journalism and Advertising. Her diverse work experience includes an internship with DDB Needhaven Worldwide in Chicago, film and television work which included Carly Simon's music video on Martha's Vineyard, aLevi's commercial for Petermann/Decktor and Production Coordinator for Troma Productions.

Piper went on to work for W & M Properties in Manhattan where she discovered her passion for real estate. Licensed in 1990, she then worked with renown Douglas Elliman Properties serving Manhattan until the birth of her first child. After a brief stint of being a stay at home Mom, she joined the Lorraine Leonard Team to continue her real estate career. Her two children currently attend the Darien public schools.

Lorraine Leonard, with her 35 years of experience has served as Piper's mentor. Piper was one of the first to join this prestigious, (first ever like it in this area), team.
